Ways To Use Your Mats
To help you and your little ones get the most out of your mats here are some examples that we have found useful and used ourselves.
Also remember these mats are not just beneficial for the little people they are also great for you. We’ve added some examples of use for you too. They may help if you are experiencing any issues with your feet or you are active and want to increase injury prevention and aid your cool downs.
Some Rules of Thumb
In order to get the best results from your modular mats always combine firm and soft modular mats.
If purchasing mats for your toddler then we recommend starting with soft mats only. We have specifically design baby sets that are made up of soft mats. Later on you can always add a few firm mats.
Kids room - An amazing addition for your little ones to have in their play room, kids love puzzling the pieces together. Stimulating their creativity in producing new shapes and patterns every time they rearrange their mats. The kids love bare foot walking, running, jumping over the mats and even before they are walking they love crawling and exploring textures and patterns on each individual mat too stimulating and improving their fine motor skills. Any set or customised selection is an awesome addition to a kids play room. Not only do they look great but are extremely beneficial too.
Nurseries - Specific modular mats can be used for any age group and they get all the benefits as well as having the same amount of fun while at nursery, at the soft play or in their play groups.
Garden - Our mats can be used outside too, you only have to make sure its has been cleaned and dried properly after every use. Always store your mats indoors and in a cool dry place.

For the Big Kids (Adults)
There are some cool ways to integrate mats into your daily life and routine to get benefits with almost zero effort. Even a few seconds of feet stimulation a day has a positive effect on your health and well being.
Bathroom - Place 2-4 pcs under the sink in your bathroom. March or shift weight on each mat/s for few seconds while you brush your teeth, do your hair or make-up.
Kitchen - Do you hate doing the dishes? Yep me too, so place a few mats on the floor in your kitchen and stimulate your feet while doing the washing up, cooking or baking.
Hall way - Put your modular mats in straight line and create a sensory walk in a room which you frequently walk through. Even few a seconds of feet stimulation has a positive effect on your health and well being.
Office - Place 2-4 pieces under your desk where your feet are. You can simulate marching or applying pressure towards the spikes on the modular mat to stimulate your feet. You can place few mats next to an area where you walk frequently so every time you have a break from your work you can stimulate your feet and feel energised.
Sports clubs - Ideal for warm ups, the perfect way to get feet, ankles, knees, hips and basically the entire body ready for physical activity. Significantly helps to prevent sports injuries. Excellent way to cool down your body and reduce, fatigue, swelling or post workout soreness.
